Placing an order

When you complete checkout you are making an offer to buy the items in your cart. Your order is accepted once we send your confirmation email. Until then we may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we cannot verify the payment.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken in full at the time of order through Stripe, our payment provider. We never see or store your card details. The name shown on your card or bank statement will identify TapNest.

Products

We do our best to describe and photograph each item accurately. Colours may look slightly different between screens, and small variations are normal in made goods. We sell to end customers for personal or business use, not for resale, and we may limit the quantity available per order.

Delivery, returns and cancellation

Dispatch and delivery timings are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. You may return most items within 14 days of delivery under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Your responsibilities

Please give us a complete and accurate shipping address and a working email address. We are not able to cover parcels lost because of an incorrect address, and re-delivery may be charged.

Liability

Our products are supplied as described and for ordinary use. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which TapNest operates. We will always try to settle a problem with you directly first.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the moment you place your order is the one that applies to it.
